Casta Diva

Se parliamo di Diva non possiamo non pensare alle muse degli anni '40/'50.

In quegli anni gli stilisti vestivano donne affascinanti, sensuali e quasi irraggiungibili. Erano gli anni di Cristobal Balenciaga e Dior, tanto per citare i più famosi. I loro abiti avvolgevano corpi snelli ma dalle forme ben delineate, la vita stretta per sottolineare le curve. I loro non erano abiti ma vere e proprie opere d'arte. Un pò di tempo fa feci una collezione ispirata a quegli anni e qui trovere degli schizzi preparatori!

In those years the designers wore women charming, sensual and almost inaccessible. These were the years of Cristobal Balenciaga and Dior, just to mention the most famous. Their clothes gradually slender bodies but well defined shapes, their lives close to highlight curves. Their clothes were not but true works of art. Some time ago I made a collection inspired by those years and of preparatory sketches here too!

Print design

Ciò che può catturrare la nostra attenzione, quando parliamo di un capo d'abbigliamento, possono essere l'eleganza, la sobrietà, lo charm, la sensualità, e la stampa. I tessuti stampati raggiungono il loro massimo splendore ed utilizzo nella stagione estiva, sono colorati, chiassosi, eccentrici, oppure delicati, fanè, tono su tono. Ho realizzato alcune prove di stampa utilizzando varianti colore d'impatto, e poi ho disegnato dei capi dove poterle utilizzare!

I made some print tests using impact color variants, and then I drew heads where you can use them!

Come avrete notato, un aspetto che amo molto nell’illustrazione, è il primo piano.

Trovo davvero di forte impatto il soggetto del volto, soprattutto quello delle donne, perché attraverso i loro sguardi, l’espressione dei loro occhi, le labbra, la mimica facciale, si possono trasmette infinite emozioni. Seppur amando molto i colori, l’essenzialità della grafite mi ha sempre affascinato. Non è sempre solo il colore a rendere spettacolare un disegno. I tratti duri, nervosi o morbidi e sensuali, possono essere l’elemento più caratteristico di un’opera. 

As you may have noticed, something that I love very much in the illustration, is the first floor.

I find it really impactful your subject's face, especially that of women, because through their looks, the expression of their eyes, lips, facial expressions, you can send infinite emotions. Il trompe l'oeil

Mi è sempre piaciuta l’idea che un muro potesse essere sfondato!

Certo non nel senso che un giorno mi farò prendere dalla pazzia, prenderò un martello e comincerò a tirare martellate per buttare giù la parete! Sfondare una parete nel gergo artistico significa creare uno spazio oltre la materia, oltrepassare la mobilità per  dare vita ad una nuova visione. Ecco come magicamente un muro può scomparire e dare spazio ad un giardino, una finestra, un panorama marittimo, un’altra sala. Ci vuole pazienza e precisione, perché un trompe l’oeil  per dare vita all’effetto ottico di “vedere” al di là della parete, deve essere il più possibile rassomigliante alla realtà e minuzioso nei dettagli. I soggetti più comuni sono in genere quelli che ho elencato qui sopra, ma nulla è impedito ad un artista, si può fare qualsiasi cosa! Il primo soggetto che ho dipinto sulle pareti della camera mia e di mia sorella, sono stati tanti alberi di pesco, con i loro fiori rosa. Erano davvero belli! Purtroppo dopo un po’ mia madre ha deciso di imbiancare ed il mio dipinto è scomparso sotto due mani di vernice! Voi giustamente direte: “bè, perché l’hai fatto coprire?” Lo ammetto, ci ho pensato su un po’ e poi ho preso la decisione di fare come se il muro fosse stato una lavagna … cancellare e riscrivere! Così, dopo gli alberi ho dipinto dei coloratissimi fiori dalle sfumature lilla, delle rose rampicanti.  Questo sulla parete alle spalle dei nostri letti, mentre invece su quella di fianco a mia sorella ho disegnato delle fatine dei fiori, le sue preferite!

Per dipingere sulla parete, ho utilizzato delle semplici tempere, come se lo facessi su un foglio. L’unico accorgimento è che il muro assorbe velocemente il colore, molto velocemente, e bisogna avere le idee chiare su quello che si sta facendo!

I always liked the idea that a wall could be broke!

Certainly not in the sense that one day I'll take from insanity, I'll take a hammer and I'll start to get hammered for jotting down the wall! Break through a wall in the jargon of artistic means to create a space over the field, passing the mobility to give life to a new vision. The first subject that I painted on the walls of my room and my sister were many peach trees, with their pink flowers. They were really beautiful! Unfortunately, after a while my mother decided to paint and my painting has disappeared under two coats of paint! You rightly say: "well, why did you cover?" I admit, I've thought about a bit and then I took the decision to make as if the wall was a Blackboard … delete and rewrite! So, after I painted trees, colourful flowers lilac shades of climbing roses. This on the wall behind our beds, whereas on the one next to my sister I drew of the flower fairies, his favorite!

To paint on the wall, I used simple gouaches, as if I did on a sheet. The only trick is that the wall color absorbs quickly, very quickly, and we must have clear ideas about what you're doing!

La moda e la cucina - Fashion and cooking

Tra le mie tante passioni c’è anche la cucina!

Potrebbe sembrare buffo, ma esiste un vero e proprio connubio tra cibo e moda!

Immaginate, un giorno di colpo eccolo lì ... ce lo avete davanti … vi separa da lui solo una vetrina ... è il vostro desiderio personificato...restate a guardarlo col nasino appiccicato al vetro con un'espressione da bambina capricciosa che vuole il suo mega lecca lecca! Vi sentite dentro un'istinto irrefrenabile di averlo...è proprio quello che volete adesso...avete già immerso la mano nell'enorme shopping bag per agguantare il portafoglio... ... quando uscite dal negozio sul vostro viso si legge una profonda e goduriosa soddisfazione! Secondo voi di cosa sto parlando? Di un golosissimo bignè o di un magnifico abito a sirena in seta nera? Bè...di tutti e due!!!! La moda e la cucina, anche se ci pensate solo adesso, hanno un legame molto speciale! Chi crea un abito o una torta a tre piani, prova la stessa soddisfazione, e mette in moto la stessa fantasia! E alzi la mano quale uomo non trova affascinante una donna ai fornelli con indosso qualcosa di sexy o di molto curato?!
Ci sono tantissime occasioni in cui una donna può sposare questo connubio: ogni "occasione culinaria",anche la più semplice, non può trovarci impreparate! Dobbiamo sempre indossare qualcosa che rispecchi noi stesse, che ci renda belle ed interessanti agli occhi di chi ci guarda ma che ci faccia sentire a nostro agio! Le occasioni possono essere le più disparate: un cocktail su    una barca, un pic nic al lago, un pigiama party, la colazione a letto, una cenetta al lume di candela, organizzare una festa di compleanno per i nostri marmocchi, una festa a tema, il matrimonio della nostra migliore amica...fare le conserve di marmellata! Sono una stilista da più di dieci anni e da poco ho scoperto quanto sia creativo ed entusiasmante mettersi ai fornelli. Più mi sono avvicinata a questo mondo, più ho scoperto che in tutte le occasioni in cui compare il cibo è necessario avere un occhio di riguardo al proprio aspetto. Con la moda e la cucina si può creare un gioco davvero divertente!

Per questo ho deciso che all’interno di questo blog, ogni tanto compariranno tipologie di occasioni speciali dove vi suggerirò non solo il tipo di abbigliamento più adatto ma anche il menù!

Bè ... of both! Fashion and cuisine, even if you think about it just now, have a very special! Who creates a dress or a three-tiered cake, try the same satisfaction, and sets in motion the same fantasy! Raise your hand and which man cannot find a fascinating woman in the kitchen wearing something sexy or very nice?!

There are many occasions where a woman can marry this combination: each "culinary opportunity", even the simplest, cannot find us unprepared! We must always wear something that reflects ourselves, that we make beautiful and interesting in the eyes of those who watch but that make us feel at ease! Opportunities may be the most disparate: a cocktail on a boat, a picnic at the Lake, a Pajama party, breakfast in bed, a dinner by candlelight, to organize a birthday party for our brats, a themed partythe marriage of our best friend ... make canned jam! I am a designer for over ten years and recently I discovered just how creative and exciting get in the kitchen. I have approached this world, the more I discovered that on all occasions where the food is necessary to have an eye to their appearance. With fashion and the kitchen you can create a really fun game!

For this reason I decided that within this blog occasionally appear types of special occasions where I will recommend not only the most suitable type of clothing but also on the menu!

Dipingere le t-shirt - Paint t-shirt

Parliamo di t-shirt!

Ce ne sono a milioni, di tutti i tipi e le fatture. Colorate, stampate, con applicazioni, strappi, paillettes, strass, passamanerie. Però bisogna comprarle in un negozio già “fatte”! Un giorno, vagando tra i miei vecchi ricordi di bambina, mi è apparve un flash: le t- shirt stampate col proprio nome. Sicuramente, chi negli anni ’80 era un bambino, si ricorderà quei negozietti dove vendevano t-shirt con differenti disegni stampati su cui si poteva apporre il proprio nome, rendendole personalizzate! Ecco che quella maglietta diventava speciale! Per noi bambini era fantastico avere in dosso qualcosa che ci rendeva speciali e diceva a tutti chi fossimo! Ho iniziato a dipingere le t-shirt così per gioco, presi una mia maglietta ormai anonima e comprai qualche colore per tessuto, giusto i primari. Vi dipinsi sopra un enorme mazzo di fiori da campo, colorati e delicati allo stesso tempo. Il risultato mi piacque tantissimo!!! Quella t-shirt era tornata a nuova vita, si era trasformata in un’opera d’arte da indossare! La cosa mi entusiasmò così tanto che non mi sono più fermata: dipingo t-shirt con i più disparati soggetti, mi diverto e stupisco chi le riceve!

Dipingere sulla stoffa, per chi volesse cimentarsi, non è affatto difficile, anzi.

Talking about t-shirts!

One day, wandering among my old memories of a child, I appeared a flash: the t-shirt printed with your name. Surely, those who in the 1980s he was a child, you remember those where shops were selling t-shirts with different designs printed on which they could sign his own name, making custom! Behold the shirt became special! For us it was fantastic to have children in off something that made us special and said everyone who we had! I started to paint the t-shirt so for game, taken my shirt now anonymously and bought some colour for fabric, just the primary. I painted above a huge bunch of wildflowers, coloured and delicate at the same time. I liked the result so much! The t-shirt was returned to new life, it was transformed into a work of wearable art! The thing I loved it so much that I have more station: paint t-shirt with the most varied subjects, I enjoy it and am surprised whoever receives!

Painting on cloth, for those who want to try is not difficult, indeed.

Certo tutto dipende dalla tipologia del soggetto che si sceglie: più è complesso, più richiede tempo e precisione. Io acquisto le t-shirt a girocollo di un ottimo cotone, perché in questo modo il colore scivola meglio ed il tessuto lo assorbe in maniera ottimale. Ricordatevi che se decidete di dipingere una maglietta colorata, dovrete sempre prima dare una base bianca sul disegno e solo a colore asciutto dare la seconda passata della tonalità scelta. Questo perché i colori per stoffa non sono totalmente coprenti.  Per quanto riguarda i pennelli, sceglieteli a punta e non piatti, ovviamente dello spessore di cui necessitate. Prima di tutto procedete con il tracciare la base a matita ( che deve essere di pasta morbida, come una 2B), poi iniziate a colorare, giocando con le sfumature aggiungendo il bianco per le luci ed il nero per le ombre. RICORDATEVI SEMPRE DI PORRE DENTRO LA MAGLIETTA, DEI FOGLI DI GIORNALE, IN MODO CHE IL COLORE NON SI TRASFERISCA NEL RETRO! Una volta asciutto il colore, prendete la penna nera apposita per il tessuto e ripassate tutti i contorni.

Nei negozi specializzati ci sono tantissimi tipi di colori per stoffa, avete l’imbarazzo della scelta!

In specialized shops, there are many types of colours for cloth, the choice is yours!
